This workshop is in partnership with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. In just a few months find the path to better health through this course based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines and scientific research. Form habits to help you GET a healthier weight, stay active, and reduce your risk for chronic diseases!

During the series, there will be weigh-ins, food demonstrations, prizes for participating in 6 or more classes, prizes for attaining goal weight.
