Adult Ministries
At Wesley, men and women give leadership and find involvement in all areas of congregational life. There are small group opportunities to grow in our relationship with the Lord through Bible and spiritual enrichment studies, through fellowship and relational experiences, and in service activities. Please explore them in find your place to make a difference in the life of the church.
55 Plus Senior Ministry
“Blessed Not Stressed”55 Plus Senior Ministry is open to all people 55 and older who like to gather and fellowship in a Christian setting. We meet on the last Friday of each month excluding July and August, to have a buffet lunch and receive information that is relevant to our station in life. We conduct a senior led worship service once a year, usually in the month of September. The entire service is conducted by senior members of the church. Everyone is welcome.

Health & Wellness
God desires that our physical and mental bodies prosper as well as our souls.. The Health & Wellness Ministry of Wesley invites you to participate in many opportunities to move toward the wholeness that we all want to achieve by promoting the Christian message of healing the body, mind and spirit among all persons within our church and community.

Sound Ministry
Those who are unable to attend church services can still hear the word of God and His songs of praise. The Sound Ministry provides copies of church services to the sick and shut-in members free of charge.
Current services available on CD or DVD include:

- 33rd Intergenerational Choir Annual
- 55-Plus Blessed Not Stressed Senior Ministry Led Worship Service
- Huston-Tillotson University Day

Communications Ministry
The Communications Ministry reaches the congregation and our community through media in order to inspire, inform, and invite participation in the life, mission, and purposes of the Church.

Flower Ministry
The Flower Ministry seeks to beautify our sanctuary through weekly fresh flower arrangements. These arrangements can be dedicated as a memorial to someone or in celebration of a special event.
If you are interested in sponsoring a Sunday please provide your honoree’s name(s) and the desired message that you would like published to the Church Secretary, 478.7007 or thedeskofwesley@sbcglobal.net. Your information and payment in the amount of $65 per sponsored flower should be submitted one week prior to the expected date of appearance.
