Wesley Church welcomes all into our services and events. We have been recognized as a “Welcoming Congregation” by The United Methodist Church. This mark of recognition is earned each year through efforts of a local congregation to prepare actively and intentionally to receive newcomers.
Our worship services are traditional with some contemporary elements. We do not have a dress code; some members like to dress in their “Sunday Best” while others prefer to wear jeans. We believe that the important part is showing up.
Worship Times:
Sunday School: 8:45 a.m.
Sunday Worship: 10:00 a.m.Children are always welcome and Chidren’s Church is provided on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays. The nursery is available during all worship times.
Holy Communion
Holy Communion is observed on the First Sunday of Every Month and all are welcome to partake of the Holy Sacrament.
During communion, each row is invited to the altar rail to receive the bread and wine. Some guests are not sure about participating in communion. It’s a personal decision, and it’s not uncommon for a few people in the service to stay in their seats during communion.
